Student Support Service
AILS is committed to ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed in their studies.
The support services available to students may include:
One-on-one support from trainers and assessors to assist with course progress and learning needs.
One-on-one support from the Student Support Officer, also known as the SSO for any student concerns or enquiries.
Regular academic and non-academic workshops.
Referral to relevant external support services, including English language support and counselling services.
Flexible payment options, including payment plans that allow students to pay course fees over time with no additional fees or charges.
AILS has a dedicated Student Support Officer available on campus from 9:00 am to 6:00pm to assist students with any issues, questions or concerns they may have.
